Buyer representation includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Consultation with client, brokers/agents and Seller attorney
• Review of Purchase and Sale agreement
• Title examination
• Issuance of owner’s and lender’s title insurance. We work with Fidelity National Title Company and CATIC
• Preparation and review of all closing documents
• Attendance at closing

Attorney Eagan works with most local and national lenders and will help guide you through the lending process when purchasing a home or refinancing your mortgage.

Seller representation includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Consultation with client, brokers/agents and Buyer attorney
• Preparation and review of Purchase and Sale agreement
• Preparation and review of all closing documents, including the deed
• Obtaining mortgage payoffs, 6Ds, and all other required closing documents
• Attendance at closing

Attorney Eagan also prepares wills, health care proxies, homesteads, nominee trusts and power of attorney documents so you can protect and transfer your real estate properly.
