Buyer representation includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Consultation with client, brokers/agents and Seller attorney
- Review of Purchase and Sale agreement
- Title examination
- Issuance of owner’s and lender’s title insurance. We work with Fidelity National Title Company and CATIC
- Preparation and review of all closing documents
- Attendance at closing
Attorney Eagan works with most local and national lenders and will help guide you through the lending process when purchasing a home or refinancing your mortgage.
Seller representation includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Consultation with client, brokers/agents and Buyer attorney
- Preparation and review of Purchase and Sale agreement
- Preparation and review of all closing documents, including the deed
- Obtaining mortgage payoffs, 6Ds, and all other required closing documents
- Attendance at closing
Attorney Eagan also prepares wills, health care proxies, homesteads, nominee trusts and power of attorney documents so you can protect and transfer your real estate properly.
